Short version: Happy Little Timer runs entirely on your device. There are no accounts and no sign-up. We do not collect personal information from you or your child, we do not profile children, and we use no analytics, advertising, or trackers.

Information we collect
None that identifies you or your child. The app has no user accounts, contains no analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not send personal information to us or any third party.
What is stored on the device
- Settings and the active timer. A few small, non-personal values are saved locally on the device — such as the last friend chosen, sound and motion preferences, the chosen language, and the state of a timer in progress (so it can be restored if the app is closed). These never leave the device and are not linked to any identity.
- No child input is uploaded. Everything a child does in the app happens on the device.
Notifications
If a timer is left running while the app is in the background, the app schedules a single local notification on the device itself for when the countdown finishes. This uses the device's own notification system — no push notification service or remote server is involved, and nothing is sent to us.
Children's privacy
Happy Little Timer is a family app set up by a parent or guardian. It does not require an account, does not ask children for any personal information, shows no advertising, and does not build profiles of children. Because nothing is collected or transmitted, there is no child data for us to see, sell, or share.
Subscriptions and payments
Happy Little Timer offers a single subscription. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your payment details. Apple and Google process this information under their own privacy policies. To manage or cancel, use your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Third parties
The only third parties involved are Apple and Google, solely for processing your subscription. We do not use any other third-party services that receive your data.
