💡 feedback@happylittletimer.comCommon questions
What ages is it for?
Around 2–5 — young enough that reading a clock or a number countdown isn't realistic yet. The visual journey works whether or not your child can read.
How does my child know how much time is left?
After picking a friend and a length of time, the friend travels across a themed scene, collecting little objects along the way — watching how far they've travelled is the "clock", with nothing to read.
Does it work offline?
Yes — the app works fully offline once installed. No connection is needed to play.
Will I be notified when a timer finishes if I'm not looking at my phone?
Yes. If the app is in the background while a countdown is running, it schedules a gentle local notification on the device for when time's up.
Do you collect data about my child?
No. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no trackers. A few small settings (like the last friend chosen) stay on the device and are never uploaded.
How do I change the app's language?
Happy Little Timer follows your phone's language — English (UK or US), Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese (Portugal or Brazil). To use a different one, open the app's Settings, tap Language, and choose it — or select “System default” to follow your phone again.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the app, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore purchase while signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
